  • How do I get a quote?

    You may visit our Contact page and fill out some general information about your event and rental request or you can give us a call at 707-687-8021 and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Does a quote guarantee my rentals?

    Quotes are provided to give you an idea of pricing for the rentals you are interested in. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. To reserve your rentals a deposit will need to made in order to turn your quote into a reservation.

  • How do I make a reservations

    After you have received and signed the quote you will be given the option to pay the deposit + fees, turning your quote into a reservation.

  • How long is the rental period?

    Rental period’s vary depending on the equipment rented. The standard rental period for non-technician based rentals is 3 days. Technician based rentals (photo booths, audio video packages) are hourly rentals.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    We recommend making reservations as early as possible to guarantee your rental equipment, delivery and pick up days and time. We can make changes to your reservation up to a week prior to your delivery date.

  • Is a deposit required?

    We do require a deposit to secure your rentals along with the days and times of delivery and pickup. The standard deposit is 50% of the quote, however some custom and specialty rentals may require a non-refundable deposit.
