  • Delivery and Pickup

    We are proud to serve Sonoma, Napa, Marin Counties and Beyond.

    Delivery and Pickup prices vary depending on the location of the event and accessibility to the site (truck limitations). A site visit may be required to determine truck limitations.

    Deliveries are typically the day before the event with pickup taking place the day following the event. Additional fees may apply for specific day and time request (Delivery the day of an event, Arrival 8am-10am with off-site time of 2pm is an example of day and time specific requirements) .

    We delivery and pickup 7 days a week, Holiday’s and Night pickups are an additional fee.

  • Site Visits

    A Site Visits is when we meet with you at the venue to see the event spaces to determine

    Accessibility (truck limitations and portage)

    Logistics of install and strike

    Take measurements of the site

    Go over the design of lighting/draping to best suit your event needs and desires.

    Site Visit pricing starts at $175 and is non refundable. The site visit cost will be credited to your total cost after a deposit has been made.

  • Install and Strike

    Install refers to the placement and set up of rented items.

    Strike is when we come to take down and or remove rented items from your venue.

    We offer install and strike on all of our rental items. Pricing may very depending on the logistics to install and strike the items, such as specific time requirements and portage (distance from truck parking to event site.)

    A site visit may be required to determine final install and strike pricing.

  • On-Site technician

    An on-site technician is where we have a member of our team on-site during the event to assist you with power and our rental equipment.

    Don’t want to hassle with generators, turning on heaters, pulling back drapes, opening and closing side walls or move tables and chairs at the last minute? Let our on-site technician assist you with the small details so you can focus on the big picture.

    Technician’s can be booked in one hour increments with a 4 hour min.

    Starting at $400 with a rental order of $5,000 or more.

    Please note Photo Booth technicians are not on-site technicians!

  • Venue Layouts

    Have a venue or event space and not sure what can fit? Want to be able to visualize your event space with your layout vision? Venue layouts are just what you need!

    We will come out to your venue and measure the site then upload your event spaces to AllSeated.com where you can then use their layout software so you can visualize your event layout.

    Your clients would also be able to use Allseated’s services to create layouts inside your event spaces.

    Venue Layouts start at $350

    Price varies on the number, size and location of the spaces to be measured and uploaded.

  • Photo Booth Technician

    Photo Booth Technician will set up and break down the photo booth, back drops, props and printer.

    During the event the photo booth technician will operate the photo booth and printer along with troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

    Photo Booth Technician pricing is included in the rental of the photo booth.

    Photo booth rentals will be on a separate contract from all other rentals.
